Refund policy

Because Triple C is food, we follow strict safety standards and cannot accept returns on opened items.
That said, if your item is unopened and the tamper-proof seal is fully intact, we’re happy to take it back.

To start a return, just shoot us a message at info@marrow.club.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send over a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send it back. Please note: returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if everything looks good.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to process it on their end.
